Please pass on to Roy Jackson my thanks for the excellent repair job he performed at my home in Parkville last week. We made it through the rainstorms over the weekend without a drop of water showing up in the living room. This is a tremendous change over what we have experienced in the last 9 months.

I was afraid my roof of 2 years may have been so poorly installed that it needed to be replaced. My mind was eased after Scott Dawson inspected it and said it only needed some repair work. Tell Scott thank you also.

This not only restores the integrity of my roof, but also helps to restore my trust in the integrity of the small businessman. I just have to check them out extra careful as I did with Angie's Listin selecting Brown Roofing (I heard your radio spots also). I will be submitting an excellent report on your company to Angie's List shortly.

You will be hearing from me again. I will be calling to have someone out to estimate & repair the inside water damage at a future date.

We were very pleased with the quality of work, and attitude of the workmen. They helped sort out the insurance claims, making the way for the remodeling funds. They did a good job sticking with their estimates, suggested up-grades or corrections when they saw them, but waited for approval before doing them. They worked for our parents (similar project) and they were also pleased-that's where we got their name.
